Returns Policy

We want you to feel 100% confident when making purchases on TheBikiniShop.ie. If you decide you don't love the Bikini / Swimsuit when it is delivered you can return it for a full refund or exchange. We will even refund the courier costs for the delivery and will pay for the postage back to us.*

Should you have reason to return an item please enclose your - Name, Address, Order Number and a Returns Code which you can get by contacting us via e-mail. This will facilitate us to process the refund promptly.

If you would like to return a product bought on our store you must notify us, via email or written letter, within 7 working days of receiving the items and items must be returned to us within 5 days of notifying us of your intent to return. As we are not a manufacturer items must be returned in the condition they were sent and must include all parts to be eligible for the refund. Packages must not be torn, sanitary stickers must not be removed and items must still have their tags on them. Returned items must not have been used and must not smell of perfume, smoke or other odours.

Items that are received after the 7 day returns period will be eligible for a credit note, subject to receiving the goods within 30 days of order being placed.

• TheBikiniShop.ie will pay for postage from anywhere in the Republic of Ireland back to us, for us to do this we require the receipt of the registered post to be returned with the package. Refunds on postage cannot be given without this.
• In order to be eligable for a refund of courier fees and postage back to us the entire order must be returned.
• Returned goods that we receive which do not meet the above criteria in relation to hygiene and being in their original condition will be considered as 'In Dispute'. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason will be given as to why the product is In Dispute and we are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, at your cost, otherwise they will be destroyed after 30 days from their receipt back to us.
• During our busy periods please allow up to 14 Working days for refunds to be processed, normally refunds are processed within 7 days of their delivery to us.
• All returns must be accompanied with the purchasers Name, Address, Order Number and A Returns Code which you can get by contacting us, to facilitate us to process your refund promptly.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
