Returns Policy
At TheBikiniShop.ie we are so confident that you will find our swimwear a superior fit, style and comfort that if you do not the Bikini / Swimsuit when it is delivered, just let us know and we will send a courier to your home at our cost and refund you the full amount that you have paid for your purchase, including delivery from any address in the Island of Ireland. Unlike other retailers we believe in our products and if the product isn't everything you wanted it to be we don't think it's right that you should be out of pocket.
Should you have reason to return an item please enclose your - Name, Address, Order Number and a Returns Code which you can get by contacting us via e-mail. This will facilitate us to process the refund promptly.

*Returns Terms and Conditions:
If you would like to return a product bought on our store you must notify us, via email or written letter within 7 working days of receipt. The items in question must be returned within 5 working days of notifying us of your intent to return. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent and must include all parts and tags to be eligible for refund. Packages must not be torn and sanitary stickers must not be removed. Returned items must not have been used and must not smell of perfume, smoke, chlorine or any other odour.
Items that are received after the returns period will be eligible for a credit note subject to receiving the goods within 30 days of the order being placed.

TheBikiniShop.ie will arrange for a courier to collect returns from any republic of Ireland address, as international orders are heavily subsidised on their courier fee's we cannot arrange collection for goods delivered outside of the Republic of Ireland and shipping fee's cannot be refunded, except in circumstances where the good received were faulty.

In order to be eligible for a refund of courier fees and return postage the entire order must be returned, we do not operate a 'try on' policy and partial returns of orders will be subject to paying for the delivery costs to and from our warehouse.

Returned goods that we receive which do not meet the above criteria will be considered as 'In Dispute'. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged and a reason will be given. We are happy to re-ship such 'In Dispute' items back to you, at your cost, otherwise they will be destroyed after 30 days of return.

During our busy periods please allow up to 14 Working days for refunds to be processed, normally refunds are processed within 7 working days of their delivery to us.

All returns must be accompanied by the purchaser's Name, Address, Order Number and A Returns Code which you can get by contacting us. This facilitates us to process your refund promptly.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
