TheBikiniShop on Ireland AM
Thursday, July 22nd, 2010Continuing our media frenzy at the moment we were lucky enough to be invited on to Ireland AM on TV3 to show some of our swimwear suited to the average Irish woman. We gathered Georgia Salpa, Suzanne Jackson and Rachel Lally and our stylist Courtney Smith to run through some bikinis, tankini’s, one-piece swimsuits and even monokinis suitable for your budget and your body shape.

Thursday April 22nd, 201o saw the launch of our parent company “Zatori Results” new warehouse premises. Combining the previous four warehouses in one 25,000 Sq Ft Building. The building is shared with our sister company (or should we say big brother company which might be more accurate) The Costume Shop.
Since it’s establishment, The Bikini Shop has expanded and grown far beyond anyones expectations, with thanks to all our loyal customers, our suppliers and of course our couriers for making sure the swimwear arrives on time at your door. With many international clients including some celeb clients in Beverly Hills, California the internet has made the reach of our small Irish operation far greater than ever imagined. We even have an office betting pool about which new country we can add to our list next (come on Hawaii!!!)
With it’s rapid growth, our warehouses were becoming a little cramped so we decided to move on up and give ourselves more space to grow, and make more room for new bikini brands to come on board.

50% of Irish ladies Dread Getting into Bikinis

We were both saddened and amazed at the statistics revealed by the Special K Survey carried out by Kellogg’s.
It stated that 50% of Irish ladies in their 20’s dread the thought of getting into a bikini during the holiday period. They prefer to keep Tums, bums, thighs and arms covered whenever they can, so the thought of wearing a bikini is frightening to them. It also stated that 71% of these women make an effort to try to loose weight before the holiday period in order to tackle the bikini issue with a bit more confidence.
We here at TheBikiniShop.ie would like to help with this issue, if we can. When it comes to choosing the perfect beach or pool outfit ,we believe that no one body is perfect , but we all can look great in either a swimsuit or bikini and the trick we believe is feeling comfortable and confident in what you wear and you will shine on any sunny beach!

I think it’s safe to say that our own Naomi Cullen found her calling in TV presenting and was total natural. Were hoping that none of the TV stations will swipe her from us, not sure we could ever replace her.
The models – Sarah McGoven, Dianna Donnelly and Georgia Salpa. All of which were fantastic and complimented the bikini’s incredibly. We have a few photo’s on the girls backstage and will post again on the blog in the future about how great they are.

Thursday, June 25th, 2009Were feeling pretty good about ourselves today, the sun is a scorching 26 degrees outside our office, everyone on the phones seems to be in a better mood because of the weather. To top it all off we got a little mention in todays Irish Sun, which being our first newspaper mention were really chuffed about.
